Potential Audio Serial – Lawgiver’s Blade

Hi Peeps!
I’ll be posting the next installment of Whisper on Wednesday and weekly from then on, but today I want to present something else for your consideration.
Lawgiver’s Blade is a story I’ve been working on for some time and I wanted to share it with you in a slightly different format. So here I am reading the first part. If people like it I will try and make it a weekly event every Monday (so I can do the recording over the weekend).
Here’s the Blurb:
Alidra is only nine when she learns that, even though she peasant born, the Benari Mage Council believe she is the prophesied key to recovering a Holy Weapon – the Sword of Rindalam the Lawgiver.
But prophecy is a tricky thing. Will she truly bring glory to Benar, or will she bring about the Council’s downfall? Or maybe, just maybe those are the same thing.

I must confess that it does not work for me. Your voice is nice to hear but I only can pick up a word out of three. Sure, I am not a native speaker but I thought I had acquired a tolerance to a range of accents. Please, can we have a written version?
There will be a written version as well (though it will likely be entire chapters on something like a monthly release). I am just experimenting with other ways to get my stories out there. 🙂
